Silhouette 36 is a spacious 3 – bedroom, 2 – bathroom, penthouse unit in a secure, beachfront complex in Margate, with stunning sea views.
There are 67 steps to get into the unit from the ground floor, and 44 steps if you are using the garage on the 1st floor, which can accommodate one vehicle, but please be aware that a larger vehicle should rather park in the visitor’s parking as the driveway to the garage is very narrow, so the turning circle is very tight.
Two of the bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and the main bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed plus there are ceiling fans provided in each bedroom, for a guest’s comfort.
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet and basin, and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin.
The spacious lounge has seating for four people and a desk and office chair is also provided, should you need to work while on holiday. The lounge area is fitted with an air conditioner as well as a curved 50” smart TV, with DSTV which the owner will switch on.
There is a dining room table seating six, off the kitchen, which is fully fitted, with a stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a partially covered balcony with a gas braai and outside seating for four, plus an enclosed patio area, off the main bedroom, with additional seating for four. The sweeping ocean views off the balcony and patio areas are simply stunning.
There is also a swimming pool and braai area adjacent to it in the complex and the unit has a garage, plus there is visitor’s parking on the ground floor.
All linen is provided, just bring with your own bath and swimming towels.
