The unit looks out onto the sparking blue swimming pool and ocean and is within easy walking distance to the Ramsgate Ski Boat Beach via the pedestrian beach gate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher as well as a separate dining table seating 8.
There are 3 bedrooms, of which the main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, the second with a double bed and the third bedroom with 2 singles. Al bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort.
There are two bathrooms, of which one is en suite. The en suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower combination, toilet and double basin and the second bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and double basin.
The lounge has comfortable seating for 6 – 8 as well as a flat screen smart TV with Wi Fi so you can stream your favourite shows using your own accounts.
There is a large covered patio with patio furniture seating 8 for you to enjoy the view. There is also a gas braai, and a communal braai area next to the beautiful swimming pool.
