The unit is serviced by 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and basin and the second with a bath, toilet and basin.
The unit has an open plan, kitchen including fridge, stove and microwave, and off the kitchen is an open plan lounge with seating for 4 – 6 and a smart TV with Wi Fi for your entertainment.
Off the lounge is a small balcony with a few patio chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful views.
There are two secure carports allocated to your unit, and there is a large communal area with braai facilities in the complex, as well as a well-equipped play area and games room for children to enjoy. There is also a coin operated laundromat on site for your convenience.
Margate Main beach is about 60m away and is accessible via a gate from the complex to the beach with restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity.
All linen and bath towels are supplied except swimming towels.
