This unit has no stairs from the parking bay so is suited for a person with impaired mobility.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the second and third bedrooms are both fitted with two single beds. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioners for your comfort.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet and basin and the second and third bedroom is serviced by a bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
The unit has a modern and fully fitted kitchen including fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
The lounge is fitted with a comfortable lounge suite seating 6 and a flat screen TV with Wi Fi. Off the lounge is a large balcony with a built-in gas braai and patio furniture for you to enjoy the view.

Margate Main beach is about 100m away and is accessible via a gate from the complex to the beach and there are restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity.
