It is situated in Ramsgate and is very close to Ramsgate main beach with great views of the beach and lagoon.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The 2nd bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and the 2nd bathroom with a bath, toilet and basin. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
It has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and washing machine as well as a nook seating 4. There is a balcony off the lounge with a Weber kettle braai and patio furniture available for your use.
The lounge is fitted with a ceiling fan, a comfortable couch with 2 cane chairs, Hi-fi system and a smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre). A select DSTV package is supplied via streaming service as well as Netflix, using your own account. The Wi Fi is connected to a UPS system for uninterrupted use during loadshedding.
There is a carport allocated to your unit (only one vehicle per unit) and there is a laundry and swimming pool in the complex.
Ramsgate Main beach is about 200m away and is accessible via a gate from the complex to the beach and there are restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
