Groom’s Seacret is a modern, spacious and tastefully decorated holiday home with 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, sitting on top of a hill, in Ramsgate, with magnificent sea views. Four of the bedrooms are on the same level as the lounge and the kitchen with a fifth bedroom downstairs, off the garage.
Off the front door the spacious open plan lounge and dining area welcomes you, fitted with stylish furniture, stacker doors, and unlimited Wi-Fi and a smart TV for your entertainment.
Off the lounge is a large undercover patio area with a table and chairs seating 10, and a built-in braai area, with steps leading down to the landscaped garden and sparkling blue swimming pool, with an outside toilet and shower for your use.
The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a separate scullery area fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer.
The spacious main bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed and an en- suite bathroom with double basins, and a bath, shower, and toilet. The bedroom is also fitted with an air conditioner as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort, and has a door leading out onto a balcony area.
The other two bedrooms on the same level, are also fitted with king-sized beds and air conditioners, as well as ceiling fans with doors leading out onto the balcony.
There is a second, modern bathroom off the passage, fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The fourth bedroom, on the same level, is fitted with two single beds and a ceiling fan.
The fifth bedroom is downstairs, off the single garage, and is fitted with a king- sized bed and an air conditioner as well as a ceiling fan, with a door leading out to the garden and swimming pool area.
The house is fitted with an alarm system and a double automated garage, with a single garage to the side. Unfortunately, the double garage is utilized by the owner, but the single garage is for your use, with sufficient parking on the driveway, behind the automated gate, for two to three extra vehicles.
The house has a borehole with water tanks, as well as a solar system, so water and loadshedding are not your concern while on holiday here! There is also a basketball net for you and your children to enjoy.
All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring with your own swimming towels.
Small pets are allowed, with permission, and shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.
