Calamari 9 is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit less than 30m from the beach in Ramsgate North.

Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and are on the first floor. The main bedroom has an en en-suite bathroom and a bath. The second bathroom has a shower and basin, and then there is a separate toilet.
The lounge has a TV with full DSTV- Explora, (no need to bring with or hire decoder) with 2 single beds off the lounge.
There is also unlimited Wi Fi for your convenience.
The unit is fitted with an air conditioner in the main bedroom and lounge, which works off a pay as you go system, which the guest must recharge as and when necessary. The second bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave.
There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge and right on the beach.
The unit is fitted with an alarm and has a garage plus an extra parking for a second vehicle.
Bath towels and linen is provided, just bring with your own swimming towels.
