All bedrooms are on the first floor and are fitted with ceiling fans. Two bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and one bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bathroom has a shower and basin, and then there is a separate toilet.
The lounge has comfortable seating for six with a dining table also seating six, with an invertor for back up TV and Wi Fi during power outages.
There is a smart TV with a full package of DSTV stream as well as Netflix, and unlimited WiFi for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave.
There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge and unit is right on the beach.
The unit is fitted with an alarm system and has a garage plus an extra parking for a second vehicle in front of the garage.
