Balooga 13 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 6 sleeper, self-catering holiday apartment situated on the first floor of a secure complex in Margate located steps away from the beach, close to the Margate fishing pier.
The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer , and there is also a breakfast nook with stools as well as a dining table that seats four. The living area opens up onto a lovely patio area which has an outdoor patio set and a gas braai. A parking bay is allocated to this unit, and visitors parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a swimming pool in the complex with a beach gate which leads down to the beach at Lawrence Rocks, about 20m away and Margate main beach and restaurants and shops are about 200 m away.
All linen is provided including bath towels, please bring with your own beach towels.
