Chesapeake Bay 2 is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit that sleeps 6. ( However there are steps to get to the unit from the parking area so it is not wheelchair friendly)
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed, the second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the third bedroom with 2 singles. All bedrooms are carpeted and there are ceiling fans throughout. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath and shower combination as well as a toilet and basin. The 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine/dryer combo, dishwasher etc, as well as a small kitchen nook with seating for three.
The lounge suite seats 6 and is furnished with a flat screen TV with full DSTV so there is no need to bring your own decoder with. There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea. There is also patio furniture and a kettle braai supplied for your use.
There is a laundry, swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s play area and braai area in the complex and a carport is allocated to this unit, with visitors’ parking.
There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away. Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is a short walk away.
All linen is supplied except towels.
