Shorely is a modern and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home, sleeping 9, with beautiful sea views of the sea just 100 metres away. Then there are 2 flats off the main house, sleeping 5 people, so it can sleep 14 people in all. The house is suited for mobility impaired guests as there is only 1 step to the front door.
There is a king-sized bed in the main bedroom, which is serviced by an en-suite bathroom, fitted with a large corner bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom is fitted with 3 single beds, with an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom is fitted with a queen bed.
All the bedrooms in the main house are fitted with ceiling fans for your convenience.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
The spacious lounge and dining table is fitted with furniture seating 8, as well as a flat screen TV with unlimited Wi Fi.
The lounge sliding door leads onto a spacious tiled patio, with a built-in coal braai, patio furniture and idyllic ocean views.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a double door fridge/freezer, microwave and stove/oven with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in the scullery which is off the kitchen.
On the side of the house are 2 separate flatlets with their own kitchen.
The first cottage has a double bed with a ceiling fan as well as a sleeper couch, sleeping 3 people in total, a smart TV with unlimited Wi Fi, and a bathroom serviced by a shower, toilet and basin.
There is a separate kitchen with it’s own entrance, which houses a fridge, microwave and a 2 plate gas stove, or else you could use the main house’s kitchen.
The second cottage has a double bed with a small kitchenette, including a bar fridge, and a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet as well as an air conditioner for your comfort.
There is sufficient parking for 3 – 4 cars behind an automated gate, and the house is secured with an alarm linked to an armed response company.
There is also a plumbed in water tank at the back of the property, in case of water outages.
This unit is pet friendly with permission. (small dogs by prior arrangement)
Bed linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.
Only 100m to the beach via a beach gate, and shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.
