Ramsgate Palms 37 is a modern, tastefully furnished, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom second floor unit, in a well maintained complex, which sleeps 4. It is situated in Ramsgate and very close to Ramsgate main beach with great views of the ocean.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, stove, of which the hob is gas operated, so you can cook during loadshedding, microwave, air fryer, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer and a nook seating 2. There is a balcony off the lounge with beautiful views, and a kettle braai, a swing bench which seats 2 to 3, and patio furniture is available for your use.
The lounge is fitted with an air conditioner and a comfortable 6 seater lounge suite, flat screen TV with My Box and unlimited Wi Fi so you can stream Netflix and DSTV using your own account.
There is also a UPS system in case of loadshedding for your lights, TV and Wi Fi.
There is a carport allocated to your unit (only one vehicle per unit) and there is a laundry and swimming pool in the complex.
Ramsgate Main beach is about 200m away and is accessible via a gate from the complex to the beach. There are restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
