Mont Blanc 8 is a lovely 6 sleeper, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor unit, in a secure complex in Manaba. It has beautiful sea views, and within easy walking distance, via a beach gate, to the main swimming beach at Lucien Beach.
The main and second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the third bedroom is fitted with a double bed. All bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin and the second and third bedroom is serviced by a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a modern and fully fitted kitchen including fridge, stove and microwave.
The lounge is fitted with a ceiling fan, a comfortable leather lounge suite seating 6 and a flat screen TV with the full bouquet of DSTV channels. Off the lounge is en an enclosed balcony with a built-in braai, patio furniture and a dart board for your entertainment.
There is also an invertor for your convenience during loadshedding.
There is a carport allocated to your unit (only one vehicle per unit) with additional visitor’s parking and there is a coin operated laundromat and a swimming pool in the complex.
Lucien Main beach is about 200m away and is accessible via a gate from the complex to the beach and there are restaurants and shops within the immediate vicinity.
