There is also a dining table off the lounge seating six.
The unit boasts a large patio with a built in braai and patio furniture, with beautiful views of the lagoon and the ocean.
One garage is allocated to the unit with off street parking provided as well.
It is ideally situated, with only a short walk to the main beach and town centre, and close to restaurants and Margate’s night life.
