Although the unit has no sea view, it is within easy walking distance to the Ramsgate Ski Boat Beach, past the beautifully manicured gardens, resort style swimming pool and through the pedestrian beach gate, onto the beach.

There are 3 bedrooms of which two are fitted with double beds and an air conditioner and the third with a single bed and a ceiling fan.
The en suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin and the second one with a bath, basin and toilet.
The lounge has comfortable seating for 6 as well as a flat screen TV with an air conditioner as well as a DSTV connection, so should you wish to watch DSTV, please bring with your own decoder, smart card and cables. (Explora compatible )
There is a dining table off the lounge which seats 6 and a large private patio equipped with patio furniture seating 6.
There is also a covered parking bay and additional visitors’ parking as well as a communal braai area next to the swimming pool.
