The main and second bedrooms are each fitted with a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 3 single beds, sleeping 7 people in total.
Air conditioners are provided in all the bedrooms and the lounge area for your comfort.
The main en suite bathroom as well as the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The apartment is secured by an alarm system and is walled with an automated gate. A carport is provided as well as extra parking for additional cars, so in total there is sufficient space for 3 vehicles.
The apartment has an automated generator system so that load shedding is not your concern, as well as 25 000L of plumbed in water for back up supply in the event of a water outage.
All linen is provided as well as bath towels, just bring with your own beach towels.
Ramsgate beach is about 70m away and the main swimming beach and tidal pool is a short walk along the Ramsgate ramble or down Henry road.
Shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity and, within walking distance.
