Chesapeake Bay 42 is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom first floor unit that sleeps 6 adults.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and then there is a sleeper couch in the lounge.
Both bedrooms and lounge are fitted with standing fans.
The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and washing machine, as well as a kitchen nook with seating for two.
The modern lounge suite seats 6 and is furnished with a flat screen TV with open view decoder, so should you want to watch DSTV, please bring with your own decoder, smart card and cables ( not PVR/Explora compatible ) or else you can hire from the local supplier. There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large balcony with stunning sea views. There is also patio furniture and a gas skottel braai for your use.
There is a coin operated laundry as well as a swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s play area and braai area in the complex and a carport is allocated to this unit, with visitors’ parking.
There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away. Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is a short walk away.
All linen and bath towels are supplied , but please bring your own beach towels.
