Balooga 31 is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit that sleeps 6 with amazing sea views in a secure complex in Margate. (There are steps from the parking area to get to the unit so it is not wheelchair friendly)
The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms are fitted with 2 singles in each. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower as well as a toilet and basin and the 2nd bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher, as well as a kitchen nook with seating for 6.
The comfortable lounge suite seats 6 – 8 and has unlimited Wi Fi for your convenience. A flat screen TV with DSTV connection is provided so should you wish to watch DSTV please bring your own decoder, smart card and cables. (not PVR or Explora compatible)
There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea and grass area. There is also patio furniture and a gas braai supplied for your use.
There is a swimming pool and braai area in the complex and a garage and extra parking bay is allocated to this unit.
There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away and Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is only a short walk away.
All linen and bath towels are supplied, just bring with your own beach towels.
All shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity.
